the quad room had a useful balcony overlooking the sea and was spacious. reception staff were friendly and always helpful and always did their best. the mini-bar provided free soft drinks and sweets, refilled daily. i found free parking spots always available.
I noticed that the food hall was too crowded. The staff seemed very busy and stressed. it was sometimes hard to find a table, and there were often long lines for the food.

The hotel provided towels for the pool, which i liked. The staff were very helpful, as our safe wouldn't open on the first day. A man came to our room within an hour to fix it. That's what i call quick service. The hotel kept the rooms very clean, with daily room cleaning. I found this quite convenient.
The food at the restaurant was sometimes cold. The snack bar served cold toasted sandwiches, hard cold chicken nuggets, and hard cold chips. It wasn't enjoyable.

The hotel is right on the beach. Its location is excellent. i was impressed by the wide variety of food in the large restaurant, suitable for many different tastes. the entertainment program was great. Live shows occurred every evening. the hotel offers clean rooms with beautiful sea views.
the check-in process was somewhat slow, but the staff was very polite.
